Compassion Cultivation Training with Colleen Kane
Tuesdays, Jan. 7 - March 5, 2020, 7pm - 9pm

What is CCT?

Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) is an eight-week program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and for others. Taught by our own certified Compassion Educator Colleen Kane (who was among the second class of CCT teachers ever!), CCT integrates traditional contemplative practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research on compassion. The CCT protocol was developed by a team of contemplative scholars, clinical psychologists, and researchers, including Thupten Jinpa, translator for His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

We are fortunate to be able to offer CCT in Missoula! Classes will be held from 7pm - 9pm on Tuesday evenings, January 7 - March 5 (no class Feb. 19). For more information on this groundbreaking course, please visit the Compassion Institute website HERE

Suggested Offering: $250 for the entire course, but we have lower levels available for those of limited means. Space will be limited.

Your donation helps cover our operating expenses. Please note that the normal fee for this class in other cities is over $300. We want to be sure nobody is turned away for lack of funds but we are also offering CCT as a fundraiser for the center. Please give what you can.
